Fair Usage Policy

(1) The service is provided to you as a business user for business or home office use. This means it may not be used for personal, residential, or non-business purposes. You may not resell, transfer, or charge others for using the service without prior written permission from CallHippo.

(2) Customers are prohibited from using the service for auto-dialing, predictive dialing, trunking, traffic pumping, or access stimulation. You may not forward your CallHippo number to services or systems that support multiple simultaneous calls, including private branch exchange (PBX) or key systems.

(3) The Office Phone System is designed for small business use. If your usage indicates call center–level bulk calling activity, CallHippo reserves the right to change your plan, apply standard call center rates, or suspend your account. CallHippo may also migrate accounts that exceed fair usage limits to call center plans.

(4) If unusually high usage is detected that may impact network, API, or system performance, CallHippo may temporarily suspend calling services without prior notice.

(5) Unlimited calling excludes destinations listed here: https://callhippo.com/exemption-list/

(6) Unlimited calling does not apply to premium or toll-free numbers.

(7) Unlimited calling applies only to domestic calls within the United States and Canada. International calls are billed at current rates listed at:https://callhippo.com/pricing/.

(8) Outgoing calls to the same number may not exceed 10 calls per hour. Exceeding this limit may result in automatic number blocking until a valid unblock request is submitted to CallHippo.

(9) Parallel calls may not exceed 30% of total call capacity within the Office Phone System.
